the renaissance shawl: an intricately woven pattern of leaves, flowers and tendrils on an orange background. we have encouraged the rediscovery and development of this beautiful work in kashmir, where the skill of making these shawls was in danger of being lost. it is now firmly re-established in the hands of our weavers.
