Terms and Conditions relating to sales of shawls
Price
The prices of our shawls is as quoted in our publicity from time to time, except in the case of obvious error. All prices in our publicity are inclusive of VAT and packing and exclusive of postage/delivery.
The prices of the shawls are given in Pounds Sterling.
The following methods of payment are accepted:
- Visa Debit and Credit;
- Mastercard ;
- American Express.
- BACS transfer
- Cheque
A shawl will be dispatched after payment is made.
Delivery
Delivery of shawls ordered by you will be by a courier or postal service of our choice (normally DHL or Royal Mail) to the delivery address that you have given us.
We deliver within the UK, EU and internationally.
All EU orders are shipped inclusive of duties and tax. No further costs are payable when you receive your order. Outside the UK and EU there may be additional costs, which will be your responsibility.
Risk of loss or damage to shawls will pass to you at the time of delivery.
Returns
We take great care to ensure the perfection of our shawls, but in the unlikely event of a faulty shawl we will provide a full refund.
Your statutory rights
When returning any shawl to us, you must take care to ensure that it is received by us and not damaged in transit. We recommend that you send a return by Royal Mail Special Delivery (within UK) or by DHL or other courier to Trehearne and Brar, 20 New End Square, London NW3 1LN and always retain proof of dispatch. You are responsible for the cost of returning a shawl to us.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. If you have any doubts as to your statutory rights then you should contact a solicitor or your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
